arents’ Club met in record numbers on September 20th. The Parents’ Club (PC) discussed goals for
the upcoming year. We set a goal of
$3,000 for fundraising. We will try and
meet this goal through a variety of events including Macy’s Shop for the Cause,
the Annual Holiday Party Silent Auction and a Spring Yard and Bake Sale. Many of you know that the school recently
installed sunshades for the main play yard and the smaller yard. Fundraising efforts from last year paid for a
small portion of the installation, however, we need to raise an additional
$3,000 to put towards the remaining balance.
Please support the FHS in any way you can to help meet this goal. In addition to fundraising, the PC also
discussed a variety of teachers’ appreciation events and the success of our
first school Beautification Day.

Spring Yard and Bake
We are looking forward to the yard sale. Please support FHS by saving goods that we can sell in the spring. Items that are high in demand include tools, household goods, books, and toys.
Curriculum
The curriculum for each class is posted. Feel free to review the curriculum and ask your child’s teacher any questions. Arts and crafts will be related to lessons, seasons and holidays.
School Donations
The computer monitor in Ms. Soni’s room is currently
nonfunctional. If anyone has a new or
used computer monitor please talk to Ms. Ishani if you are interested in
donating it to the class.
